As a Mental Health First Aider here at the club, I just want to remind all our members and community that youโre not alone.
We all have times when our mood dips or things feel a bit overwhelming. Low mood can affect anyone and might show up as feeling tired, withdrawn, anxious, or just not quite yourselfโand thatโs okay to acknowledge.
If youโre struggling, please remember that support is out there. Whether itโs a chat with a fellow member, a friend or reaching out for professional help, talking can really make a difference.
If you see me around the club, feel free to say helloโIโm always happy to listen.
And if youโre feeling okay, take a moment to check in on someone else. A simple conversation can mean a lot.
