What a mega night. Owner and Thai Instructor Paige took over the K1 class and gave everyone a fun Thai session.
A lot of people getting there first experience of Thai and having fun learning.

Tonight’s K1 class is a Thai Takeover.
Paige will be taking tonight’s session and it will be a mega session as it’s a full Thai session instead of our normal K1.

Be ready for some serious fun, I have seen the session that Paige has planned 🥊🇹🇭🦏.

Boom what a week we have in store at RKA.

Full classes tonight, tomorrow we have our special Fathers Day Junior class (dads, step dads, grandads, uncles or big brothers) come along and train with your children in this class. We then have Thai tomorrow night, ladies only on Wednesday and we have an adaption to our Wednesday night adults K1 as this will be a Thai takeover and Paige will be teaching Wednesdays class, normal K1 service on Thursday and Friday night fight team be ready for some serious work. Finishing of the week with circuits and K1 on Saturday and a couple of PT sessions early Sunday and then it’s feet up time woohoo.

Please remember to get booked in asap and a heads up already, only 2 spaces left for Wednesday nights adults class. So book now and don’t miss out.

Reminder that Tuesday all dads, grandads, uncles or big brothers can join in the session and work with your child during the class (yes you will be padded up and they can beat you 😃).

Tails, after a close semi final and an extra round taking home 🥉 in K1 B Class and then 🥇in Low Kick.

The gym is closed all day tomorrow as we are away at events.

Good luck to Radley and Tails who are in Basildon at the WKO Nationals competing in K1 and Low Kick and to Sam who is in Liverpool at will be fighting tomorrow night on Total Kombat, this will be live from 7pm on the Total Kombat YouTube channel.
