Water safety is always our main priority, our senior instructors and coaches have over 40 years experience of the surrounding coastline and conditions, so you can be assured you are in safe hands at all times. All of our Instructors / coaches are BSUPA qualified Level 2 and fully insured. Being mobile allows us the choice of various locations and Cornwall has lots of amazing beaches to offer for SUP lessons, touring, surf and wing surfing, allowing us to find the most suitable conditions for you regardless of your ability. Our SUP surf coach will choose a local surf break that is best suited to aid that progression whether you are a total beginner or looking for more advanced SUP surf coaching. Our SUP Tour guides check weather conditions continiously, monitoring the wind strength / direction and localised ground swell to give you flattest conditions possible on the day for your tour.

Our Story

GoSUP offer a wide range of paddle board activities and services to suit everyone, from high quality SUP fitness classes, SUP lessons, SUP surfing, activities/parties/corporate activities, and paddle board rentals right here in Cornwall, taking our SUPfit, SUP lessons and club's in some of West Cornwall's most stunning coastline's, such as St Michael's Mount, Marazion and other venues such as the iconic outdoor Lido, Jubilee Pool, Penzance. Our indoor SUP fitness venue is the eco inspired UNA resort, Carbis Bay, St Ives with all of the usual Spa facilities to take advantage of either before or after your SUP fitness class.

We run a year round social SUP club for anyone wanting to join us and is usually 1.5 - 2.5hrs duration. These are social paddle's and there is no annual membership, just a £10 fee for board hire, if you have your own board then good news as its free. The club focuses on paddle technique and the core fitness benefits of paddling and a good old chat. Our SUP club can be taken at any venue around the West Cornish coastline, from St Michaels Mount, Mousehole Island, Penzance, Perranuthnoe, Prussia Cove, Praa Sands, Hayle, Gwithian and beyond all the time taking in some of the areas great coastline and wildlife, its not unusual to be accompanied by seals when we are paddling. Please let us know if the club is of interest to you so we can send you a link for the free App to keep up to date. Paddleboard experience is needed for this club, but don't panic, if you would like to join in on one of our SUP club paddles, but have never been on a paddleboard, please contact us to arrange a lesson.

Our paddle board rental service is ideal if you don't have your own board or are on holiday but still want to paddle. We deliver your SUP to you free of charge, all checked and ready to go with the appropriate safety equipment, just jump on and have fun!! Board hire is for 3hrs and either in the morning 9.30-12.30 or afternoon 1-4pm. We can deliver your SUP up to an 8 mile radius from our Marazion base. Areas we deliver to are Penzance, Longrock, Perranuthnoe, Praa Sands, Hayle and Gwithain (St Ives Bay).
