Job Summary: This position requires a combination of practical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and efficiently. The Handyman will be required to assess, troubleshoot, and resolve various issues promptly while delivering high-quality workmanship.
Job Responsibilities:
1. General Maintenance and Repairs:
• Fix and replace broken fixtures, appliances, and equipment.
2. Renovation and Remodeling:
• Paint surfaces to enhance aesthetics.
3. Equipment and Systems Maintenance:
• Check and repair lighting fixtures.
4. Safety and Security:
• Maintain clear walkways, driveways, and parking lots during inclement weather.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar role.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Expected hours 20 per week as agreed with the General Manager
Pay starts at £12.71 per hour
