Great support for the friendly game to be played at Skegness June 25th , we have a team of 18 players plus reserves and the Bus is full, so get your kiss me quick hats out and lets hope we have a nice day at the sea-side.

Members and friends,
Great news, having given us an overwhelming mandate at the last A.G.M for indoor short matt bowling, give Steve credit
he as not let the grass grow under his feet, we have purchased three matts and equipment needed. This will give our membership much more value for membership and gives us loads of possible options. Steve and I will probably invite a couple of members to join us in organising indoor events, if you would like to volunteer and a paid up member then please contact Steve or myself.
The many options available would be Roll ups, Club Competitions, 3 player leagues and many more. Exciting times for the club and taking the club forward.

Please if your interested in playing in the friendly we have organised against Skegness please let us know as soon as possible, we need 18 players so everybody who wants to play will get a game. It is our intention to hire a coach so wives, girlfriends and children will also be able to enjoy a day out at the seaside. So please let us know a.s.p if your interested.

Our next social evening will be a Quiz night 30th March 7.30 at the John Fretwell Centre. Pie Chips and Peas or fish fingers or sausage. £7.50. Let us know what you prefer when booking your seat. The quiz is a fun quiz that you share with your table, a very enjoyable and popular evening. Steve spends a lot of time setting the quiz and does an excellent job in making it enjoyable for everyone. So please book your seat lets make it a bumper evening before the start of the new season. The fixture books are now complete and I will be handing them out to members during the course of the evening.

Margaret Lovell will be making the first draw of the 100 Club during the evening, if you have not got a number then please see Margaret and get your regular number, its only a £1.00 a month you might be lucky.

Skegness Friendly, a friendly as been organised to play Skegness 25th June, a day at the sea side and a game of bowls, we are looking at hiring a bus so friends, family and Children can all enjoy a day out. Please let Steve or myself know if you are interested.

It will not be long now for our Annual Christmas Dinner, thanks go out to len Wilcockson for his excellent organising of the event. 6.30 for 7.00 if possible. We are always looking for raffle prizes so if you can help it will be very much appreciated.
