To all asthmatics out there/ people who know an asthmatic..

We all think that asthma is caused by high pollen count, environment and exercise!! All of the above can be a trigger! They are for me, but have you ever thought that it could be a build up of things that you do in your daily life?

Things such as having plug in air fresheners in your house hold, using anti-perspirant and perfume/aftershave In you every day routine! Even having pets!! All of these that I have listed can be something that is building you up to the stage of having an asthma attack!

A lot of us think of asthma as just an illness which it is but none of us think of it as an allergy! Things that you are allergic to can be the build up to your asthma attacks.. That is why half of us asthmatics have hey fever and skin problems as it is something that irritates the human body.

Being an asthmatic myself I have found the things I have listed above to be a big build up for me as well as a big trigger! Also noticing when cutting things out and changing things in my lifestyle has been a big help even building up my fitness levels have started to calm things down!

Changing these things in your house hold and your every day life can be a big change to your asthma!

So all asthmatics out there don't just sit there and put up with your asthma taking over your life! Fight it and show it who's boss!!

Who of you warm up and cool down when exercising?

A lot of you think it's pointless but they are there for a reason! Don't skip them out because you don't see the point, they help to stop you getting injuries!
