Want to support the NHS in the long run?
Why not use this time in lockdown to develop better habits with food, exercise and overall health?
In a society where “time” has been most people’s excuse, what better “time” to start looking into your long term health both physically and mentally?
If you can’t find the “time” in lockdown to exercise for 45-60minutes daily, making yourself fitter and stronger then I’d suggest you’re full of excuses and you’ll never find time.
Lockdown is the perfect time to exercise daily, gain control of your food, develop good sleep patterns, educate yourself on energy balance and become a better version of yourself and less of a burden on the NHS and your family members in the long run.
You can not buy or guarantee good health but you can build it and improve it with your daily choices.
What new daily habits could you carry with you out of lockdown?
Can you imagine if you looked after your health like you looked after the material things in your life?
