Great energy, smiles all round and alot of proud students. Even more so, a very proud coach.

Its with great pride to announce AMAAM's first black belt student.

At the wise age of only 7 years, Zachary McFarlane was awarded his black belt yesterday and his coach and peers couldnt be any happier for him. The belt however is just a belt, and his next journey is to now share his wisdom and talent, and guide others starting now.

What an achievement and a journey he has been on thus far. Amazing commitment and display of growth and hard work.

I was reminded this week that today marks our first year as Advantage Martial Arts Academy Mansfield, and what a journey it has been. What's more humbling is I see the same students that signed up on the first week, still on the mats now, and still progressing. That's hard work. That's determination. That's commitment. That's Martial Arts. Without my students there would be no club so we at AMMAM thank you and your parents/guardians. Here is to another successful year.

Here at AMAAM, we have had our inaugural Student of the Week award handed out today. This goes to the student that worked hard, demonstrated focus and showed the warrior spirit. This week Oliver was gifted that award for his constant hard work but even more so in today's lesson. He also worked his socks off at sparring last week!
