Fitness isn’t all about smashing yourself in the gym or lifting heavy weights until you feel sick.

Sometimes it’s about the small wins — feeling a bit fitter, walking upstairs easier, moving with less pain, or simply learning how to exercise safely and confidently.

Today I supported two women in very different ways, based on what they needed.

With client one, we focused on exercise technique and making sure she felt confident with her form. We also looked at her goals for the week and planned around anything that might get in the way, focusing on doing what she can control rather than aiming for perfection.

With client two, we swapped the gym session for a walk. Life threw a curveball, so instead of forcing a session, we adapted and still got movement, fresh air, and time to reset.

Both sessions looked completely different, but both were valuable.

That's what personal training should be about. It's personal. It's about helping you reach your goals in a way that works for your lifestyle, your circumstances, and your needs! 💪

Great session this morning setting up a new client!

We had a good chat about her goals, what she can and can't do currently, nutrition, and the importance of taking things step by step rather than jumping in at the deep end and trying to change everything at once.

We also discussed ways to fit exercise into her daily routine and the benefits of simply moving a little more throughout the day.

Goals were set, targets agreed, and a clear plan put in place. 💪
