JUVENILE CHORUS
UK Productions are holding dance auditions to provide the Juvenile Chorus for our Snow White pantomime this Christmas.
Auditions will take place on Thursday 5 June at 3.30pm and you MUST register your interest via Elaine at [email protected] by Monday 26 May.
Please read the following before applying and good luck!
• Dance schools should be able to provide at least 12 students but no more than 16 to audition. We are not holding individual auditions for the children, this audition is for dance schools to submit a team to audition, we will select two schools to provide one team of 8 children each.
• A high standard of both ballet and jazz is required.
• The age range is approximately 7 to 11 years.
• The performer must be NO TALLER than 4 ft 8 inches.
• Teachers/parents will be required to complete licence application forms for children for submission to local authority by UK Productions – instructions will be sent to successful schools.
• Dance schools will be required to provide their own registered chaperones 2 per rehearsal/show (usually parents) with an up-to-date chaperone licence.
• Students must be available to start rehearsals from Monday 10 November 2025 and must be available for the full schedule of each teams’ required performances and until the pantomime closes on Wednesday 31 December 2025.
• Please ensure a representative from your school is in attendance on the audition day to learn the routine with the children.
• Please note no fees are payable.
• Please ensure you have chaperones to look after children whilst waiting.
• Please do not turn up on the day if you have not registered.

PRINCIPAL ENSEMBLE WITH PRINCIPAL COVER ROLES
UK Productions are holding dance auditions for Principal Ensemble with Principal Cover roles for our Snow White pantomime this Christmas.
Auditions will take place on Thursday 5 June at 1pm (warm up at 12.30pm) and you MUST register your interest via [email protected] by Monday 26 May.
Please read the following before applying and good luck!
• MUST be aged 16 or over (over licensing age and completed GCSE’s). Please check time off college/work is allowed before audition.
• Must be based within 25 miles of Mansfield Palace Theatre.
• A high standard of both ballet and jazz is required.
• Auditionees will be taught a routine on the day. Please bring heels to the audition.
• Strong acting and vocal skills required for covering principal roles.
• Please prepare a Disney song as may be required to sing on the day - bring backing track on iPod/iPhone/MP3.
• May be required to read sides (script) on the day.
• Must be available to start rehearsals from Monday 10 November 2025 (two weeks full rehearsals - no time off will be allowed) and be available for the full schedule of performances from Saturday 22 November – Wednesday 31 December 2025 inclusive. First week of rehearsals 10am – 6pm including Saturday, second week (production week) – rehearsals between the hours of 10am – 10pm.
• Ensemble will be paid a minimum £346 (16-17 years) rising to a minimum £560 (over 21s) per week depending on age. Fully inclusive of travel and subs.
• Please do not turn up on the day if you have not registered.
