Our Young Leaders are an essential part of our team. More than that they are future adult leaders, learning their skills whilst working alongside younger members of the Group. But what exactly is a Young Leader?

Enthusisatic - Brings energy and positivity to inspire others!
Creative - Thinks differently to solve problems that make things better!
Supportive - Listens, cares and encourages others!
A Mentor - Guides and supports others to succeed!
Inspiring - Motivates and encourages others!
Facilitator - Helps others learn and achieve!

We would like to say a huge thank you to all our Young Leaders, and for those entering exam season, good luck!
