The drama came on Sunday as the Village Cup side tied with Langtons on 296 before progressing on fewer wickets lost to book a place in the national last 16.

From the 1st XI posting 368/4, to unbeaten opening partnerships, centuries across the club and another strong Sunday victory, it was a memorable weekend in Cuckney colours.
