Along side nutrition guidance, ongoing 1-1 support and supportive coaching, I will take you through a structured program designed to teach you the fundamentals of weight and fitness training.

ONLINE CLIENT RESULTS πŸ’ͺ

When I started working with Joe we had 1 goal in mind...

Ibiza body πŸ–πŸ’ͺ

Whilst his current plan was going well

It just wasn't going to get him where he needed to be

So we got really specific with his nutrition and training

Focusing purely on getting Joe in the best shape possible for his holiday πŸ’ͺ

This is a great example of what you can achieve when you get specific with your program working towards a single goal 🎯

Whilst the majority of the year should be spent at a maintainable "marathon" pace...

Personal Training Client ANDY's Results!

Around 6 months ago, Andy came to me asking for help...

He had recently been diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes and that his liver function was on the decline

As well as this, Andy had severely scarred lungs from a case of covid that had him bed bound and on a ventilator

This meant that Andy needed a specialised diet and exercise plan

So that's what I put together!

Training sessions were difficult at first...

But Andy turned up to all of his training sessions and always gave every session his maximum effort

He went from struggling with a 10 minute warm up

To absolutely smashing full strength and conditioning sessionπŸ‹β€β™‚οΈ

He then decided he was going to take part in a white collar boxing event to raise money for charity

We stepped up his training and got more dialed in on his nutrition

And it all paid off with him walking away with a WIN in his first ever boxing match πŸ₯Š

Then to top it all off, Andy went back to the doctors and was told he is no longer diabetic and his liver function was back to normal 🎊

No matter where you are starting, you can achieve your goals and more!

It just takes time, discipline and guidance!

Deadlift TransformationπŸ“ˆ

When I asked client Jani about her goals and what she would like to achieve whilst training with me her answer was music to my ears! 🎢

"I would like to build my deadlift back up to what it was before and hopefully improve"

For me, focusing on a performance based number such as 5 rep max, 5k run time, max Plank time is much more beneficial for most people than focusing on numbers such as weight and body fat %

It's so much more fun and motivating to focus on these numbers than scale weight!

Jani has gone from a 50kg Deadlift for 5 reps to a 90kg Deadlift for 5 reps in just over a month!πŸ™Œ

We've done this my focusing first on technique and safety...

And then a programmed plan to add weight to the lift and the results have beeb incredibleβœ…οΈ
