Welcome to Five Rings Striking Academy - Mansfield

We are having our first session next Wednesday 5:45pm - 7pm we are located in the exact same building as the grappling classes (see flyer for postcode) we are directly opposite Nutrition Kitchen

We cater to all different abilities and ages, anyone and everyone are welcome to our classes

Please wear appropriate clothing for kicking and punching, Having boxing gloves and shin guards aren’t essential just turn up ready to train 😁
