We have made the difficult decision to cease our Outdoor Community Sports Lettings.

The facilities will remain available to our students, however the current climate has made it unfeasible to reopen the facilities to the community.

We appreciate the impact this might have and apologise for any inconvenience this might cause, but hope you will understand the extreme pressures at this challenging time for so many organisations across the country.

Our duty is to ensure the pupils across our Trust are receiving the best education possible, and during this time we feel this is the best decision for them and the Trust as a whole.

If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to get in touch.

Trust Leisure Centre Update

Given the impact of COVID-19 and the ongoing financial losses made by the community Leisure Centre provision, we have made the difficult decision to cease the majority of community leisure operations.

The letting of facilities such as the Multi Use Games Areas, AstroTurfs and outdoor pitches will remain available to the community and these centres will still be available to all pupils across the Two Counties Trust, however the current climate has made it unfeasible for the Trust to keep other indoor facilities open to the community.

We appreciate the impact this might have and apologies for any inconvenience this might cause, but hope you will understand the extreme pressures at this challenging time for so many organisations across the country.

Our duty is to ensure the pupils across our Trust are receiving the best education possible, and during this unprecedented time we feel this is the best decision for them and the Trust as a whole.

Specific details regarding the reopening plans for each centre will follow.

If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to get in touch.

Dear Customers,

We hope that you are all well and staying safe.

Following last Thursday’s announcement, the trustees have met and agreed that the best way of moving forward will be to look at starting to reopen our Leisure Facilities in September, to coincide with our School openings. The safety of our Staff, students and customers alike is paramount and we want to ensure that all facilities are safe for everyone before we return. All of our staff are currently on furlough and we plan to bring back our Managers from the 1st of September when the planning stage will commence. At this time, we are unsure of how long the planning phase will be. As soon as we have a date for re-opening, we will of course ensure that you have enough time to enable you to contact all of your customers beforehand. Please do not try to contact Management directly or make bookings through our systems as under furlough guidelines they are unable to reply. If you have any queries, please send these to there email addresses and they will reply on their return.

May we take this opportunity to thank-you all for your continued support and valued custom.

We hope to see you all very soon.

Many Thanks

The Leisure Team
