What an insane day! I’ve been doing this powerlifting coaching thing for over 4-5 years now but today was one of my favourite days! Handling/coaching 6 of my clients on the same competition was challenging but extremely rewarding, such a happy guy tonight! Feel like a truck ran me over but I’d do it all over again! Insane job guys 💪🏻

Soooo, low 300kgs range is back to being a joke now, next stop 320-330kgs. Sorry for this single, I was feeling way too good. 280kgs 3x3 after and then deficits 235kgs conventional for 2x5. 83.5kgs bodyweight, time to get my squat a little bit up and a big total is incoming.
