Benjamin Sarfati is a highly respected figure in both Krav Maga and MMA, known for his senior rank as a 5th Darga black belt with the FEKM, his role as Technical Director for the French sector and for leading technical development across Europe. As President of France’s renowned MMA Factory and a key force behind ARES MMA, he has helped shape the rise of elite fighters and the growth of the sport internationally. His reputation for exceptional instruction, especially in advanced combat modules, makes his visit a rare opportunity, and we are excited to welcome him to the UK to lead our Masters Course in 2026

Hi! I’m Macarena — the owner and Technical Director of the FEKM-UK Manchester Krav Maga Club.

I began training Krav Maga in 2018 and quickly discovered a passion for martial arts. Since then, I’ve earned my Blue Belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, explored Kickboxing, and continued developing my skills.

In 2021, I graduated from the FEKM-UK Instructor Programme and took over the Manchester club in 2023. In 2025, I proudly achieved my Black Belt, becoming only the second woman in the UK to do so.

When COVID hit, our club was forced to close, and we lost both our venue and our Black Belt instructor. With just three students left, a colleague and I stepped up to keep the club alive — rebuilding it from scratch until I eventually became the owner.

Today, I’m thrilled to see all that hard work paying off. Our club has grown into a welcoming, supportive community where we learn and progress together. We value everyone’s input — questions, ideas, and suggestions are always encouraged - and we pride ourselves on creating an inclusive and respectful environment.

If you like the sound of it and would like to give Krav Maga a try, join us for an intro course or sign up for a membership — no experience needed. Our techniques are designed for everyone, regardless of age, size, gender, or fitness level.

I truly believe everyone should know how to defend themselves, and it’s incredibly rewarding to see my students grow in confidence and skill.

July intro session! 🔥💪 We worked on a front grab over the arms, a knife threat to the throat, and how to take down/disarm if the circumstances allow for it.
