Generally, the core area spans from:
* Just above your knees: Including parts of your hip and thigh muscles.
* Up through your pelvis and lower back: Covering your glutes, pelvic floor, and deep spinal stabilizers.
* Across your entire abdomen: This is where you find your “six-pack” muscles, obliques, and the deep transverse abdominis.
* All the way up to just below your breast area: Incorporating your diaphragm and upper back muscles for comprehensive support.
Essentially, your core is a 360-degree powerhouse that helps you lift, twist, bend, and maintain good posture!
