Each month we are going to be bringing out a workout for you to take on in order to bag yourself a months free membership!

This is for current members & non members to enter!!

You will have to video the workout and send it us via email - [email protected]

There will be an RX & Scaled winner. So if you can't do the weight subscribed in the workout by us then you'll be classes as a scaled entry.

Last date of submission will be the 24th of February!!
