Just some of this morning’s sessions:
1. Regina hitting a PB on dumbbell chest press with 22kg for 8 reps.
2. Rebecca working on leg endurance and absolutely nailing her squats for 15 reps.
3. Clare focusing on tempo trap bar deadlifts to improve form and full muscular engagement.
4. Hannah hitting a PB of 77.5kg on rack pulls.
5. Lisa back into hypertrophy-focused leg day, with the aim on sumo deadlifts.
