What my day looked like as an Athelte, coach and founder yesterday.

4 Trianing sessions

6AM - Track Session with Running Academy

8AM - 60 Mins of Mobility

4PM - Lower body session built up to a 100kg back squat for 5 x2 which I’m very happy with.

7PM - HYROX CONDITIONING session with

3PT sessions focussing on functional strength development.

Seeing clients progress both in body and mind always gives me a buzz!

Also managed to squeeze in a 90 minute nap and hit all my meals for the day.

This is the least glamours part of the day but the most important.

I tried but scoffing rice and mince at 10pm didn’t make the aesthetic carroselle.

Yesterday I also organized my team as we gear up for Manchester HYROX

Hoping to have close to 75 of my Running Academy athletes competing.

Some of my proudest and memorable moments as a man have been how I’ve helped others transform their lives.

Iam a founder

My business is a community and a strong community creates with consistency all the opportunities required to get where you want to be.

Serve 100 people brilliantly that’s the goal. At the heart of anything that lasts is a rock solid core.

Believe in yourself, create a vision and value the journey.

Today It’s easy to look like you’re winning but the reality of winning is a feeling and often that feeling is routed in helping others.

Decades not days.

You always have a choice so choose more things that move you closer to your full potential.
