One of my instructors at sugden is doing his first ever wellness event and I would absolutely be so grateful if anyone would share it for him

Before I tell you about it - THERES PUPPY YOGA on ! There’s different types of foods , there’s loads of wellness and mindfulness sessions , there stalls like crystals and so much more , there’s talks and loads of different styles of yoga , reiki , sound healing

You honestly pay more than this for a class so why not support someone who’s trying to help others and come and learn some really good stuff and bring your friends and have a good time

What an amazing night last night at The British Fitness Awards , was great to see everyone and
See everyone all dressed up which we don’t normally do in our industry ❤️

My amazing client Kelly Mckay got 3rd place for members achievement which is amazing , she’ll
Always be my winner after losing 5 and a half
Stone through pure hard work and dedication 💪💪💪❤️❤️❤️

I WON best fitness manager which I’m so
Happy about as I set on my fitness journey years ago to save people through fitness and classes and pt’s and going into management I feel like I can still save people and help them and push them up and help them progress and guide them , so the route has changed but the end goal is still the same , one of the best parts of my job is the people I manage

THE FIRST FEMALE TO EVER WIN THIS AWARD that in itself made my night 🙏🙏🙏🙏 for all the women climbing that management ladder we ain’t gonna stop 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥

I’ve made it to the finals for fitness manager and i am so excited because a woman Has NEVER won this award before

I’ve also made it to the finals for female pt
