Week 4 BTC and we are half way through!! Seeing unbelievable changes. Fat lost, muscle gained. Form improved. Macros hit. Steps smashed. We have people who have done two in a row and lost 4stone! She’s my fave 🥹 . She’s put up with me for 6 years. We’ve had our big ups and our massive downs. We fought, made up, fell out again and built a successful studio together. But today we reached a milestone! Sandra was 17 stone 12 lbs when she first came to me in the pics with the blue back ground. Well today she’s weighed in the 9 stones!!! How amazing is that!

In that time Sandra fell in love with weights, qualified as a PT herself and now runs some of the most successful ladies classes in Wythenshawe! She gets more people than me, regularly having 20 plus participants in her amazing classes. She shows women how to do weights properly and is an expert herself now.

We still PT 3 times a week and this year Sandra really took the BTC’s high level of accountability to push her to her goal weight and lowest weight as an adult. What’s even nicer is she looks 20 years younger, her health is better than ever and most of all…she’s happy. She glows everyday more and more and she’s now helping other women who often get forgot about back into health and fitness.

Proud of you San and what you have achieved. You look amazing and we have even more goals to hit now 🤣👏🏻💪🏻

I mean…this is just wild

We’ve kept this one quiet, but Alison has been working so so hard for the last 3 months and today was the goal, a shoot she had booked for herself to display all her hard work.

Alison was already in fantastic shape, she knows her stuff and is a top Coach herself, so I came on board just to use my expertise on her training and macros. Alison trained hard before we set her new plan, but like alot of women the legs were a focus and the uppers was an after thought. My big thing with ladies is to get them to hit uppers properly and when you build muscle it actually accentuates the waist and glutes by creating a more dramatic silhouette.

We planned 6 workouts a week and she hit uppers 3 times a week! We split her legs to a front and back alternative workout and focused on pushing to failure on sets and progressive overload with the goal of creating more mechanical tension in her sets. She ate perfectly clean with the big focus on her total protein and quality of food. I set her a steps goal (which she absolutely hated😂) and then later on brought in cardio on training days.

Alison was terrible at checking in 😂😂 but she would always do the work even if she wasn’t telling em she was doing the work. I would see her in JD doing things she hated like pendulum squats to failure and I’d smile. She honestly has put in the effort and it shows. To go from already being in shape to being in unbelievable shape takes more effort and dedication than just losing weight etc. I’m absolutely made up for her and I honestly think she should compete…but she told me to Go away 😂😂

So it’s mad to write this!! I’m just doing admin getting the group chat ready for the next BTC on July 27th and been adding the new people in and removing old people. I’ve sold 27 slots! I honestly can’t believe it! From the first version in September last year when we finished with like 6 people…to 27 people! So I’ve over sold it for what I originally said I would, so I might as well go all in🤣

I’m opening 3 more slots to get us to 30 people. That will be it, definitely cut off as 30 will be the max. To accommodate this I’ll be putting on some new PT slots in the day and adding times I’ve never done to really try and help people. I’ve had nurses who couldn’t sign up become wig their shifts, so I’m hoping this will help. I’ll be posting the new times in the next few days. I’ve had so many messages where we spoke, I’ve gave them prices and what the deposit it and they say I’ll come back to you or I’ll pay when I get back from holiday… if these 3 slots sell I literally will not be accepting anyone else after they go. This is your chance to change your life and get in shape before the end of summer. It’s not just fatloss, BTC is what you want it to be. So some people bulk, some lean, some do fat loss, some just get better at training. Whatever your goal, I will set your macros and calories and coach you all the way through.
