Last 2 events of the year ticked off and I’ve finished it by becoming the UK Champion in Open Doubles.

Client Transformation

3 months of effort can make a huge difference in your life.

No fad diets. No cutting specific foods and no endless cardio.

The physique change was gained by doing the following things consistently for 13 weeks:

• Hitting calorie and protein targets.

• 3 x full body weight training sessions each week.

• 10K steps each day.

• 8hrs of sleep each night.

• 3L of water each day.

• Regular check ins and adjustments to activity and calories when necessary.

You should be doing most of the above to lead a healthy lifestyle anyway. The adjustment of activity and calories ensured that we stayed in a calorie deficit for the 13 week period.

No tricks or extremes. Just healthy habits in a controlled environment.

Team GENI Member Ryan had a goal. It wasn’t a scale weight or a body fat percentage. Ryan wanted to feel comfortable in his own skin. He wanted to like what he saw in the mirror instead of resenting his body and lifestyle the he was leading.

He knew something had to change so he enquired with GENI Body Coaching.

We sat down, discussed the reasons why he came to us then made a plan to help Ryan become the best version of himself.

3 months of hard work and discipline has completely changed Ryan as a person. He’s strong, looks fantastic and most importantly.....he’s happy!
