: Hi everybody, we are reviewing the match between Magna Academy and Sala Futsal Academy. I hope everyone watched the video of the match, as it was very informative, and I hope you all recognise what I’m going to explain now.
This was Magna’s U10 team’s first league match, and despite limited training together, they showcased real individual brilliance in the first half, where we were tied 2-2 at halftime. However, in the second half, we lost our shape. Instead of pressing together, players began isolating themselves by chasing the ball without reading the game and stopped combining as a unit.
My advice is to stop running after the ball and stay connected — no more isolation. We need to play football as a team, not just rush to score goals. On several occasions, the lines were too far apart, leaving players isolated, doubled up on, and pressed by the opposition.
Overall, though, we have a lot of potential. Laith and Ayoub both showed flashes of quality, Mohamed was the spark and my man of the match, and players like Adam Lusi and Eiad tried their best to hold the team together. Abdelrahman, the youngest player, got overwhelmed by the occasion, but we have a lot of faith in him.
So let’s stay composed, trust each other, and focus on combinations, because when we play as a unit, that’s when we succeeded
Overall, this team has heart and a lot of talent, but we need to stay composed, trust each other, and build our play properly from the back to the front, while making sure we do not expose ourselves the way we did in the second half.

نصيحتي هي عدم الجرى خلف الكرة والبقاء مترابطين. يجب أن نلعب كرة القدم كفريق، وليس فقط تسجيل أهداف. في عدة لقطات كانت الخطوط متباعدة جداً، مما جعل اللاعبين معزولين وتحت ضغط الخصم.
لكن بشكل عام، لدينا إمكانيات كبيرة جداً. ليث وأيوب أظهرا لمحات رائعة، ومحمد كان الشرارة والرجل المباراة بالنسبة لي، كما حاول كل من آدم اللسي وعياد الحفاظ على تماسك الفريق. أما عبد الرحمن، وهو أصغر لاعب في الفريق، تأثره بأجواء المباراة ومع وقت سيتحسن ، ولدي ثقة كبيرة بامكنياته.
