Unedited 2.55 min of a practice this morning, notice not everything is there right now, not always full expression is needed it is a guide to move towards perhaps, but in the end no one really cares, well maybe except yourself.

1 side of the third round of Surya Namaskar Vinyasa, an adaptation + additions to the Hatha Suryas courtesy of ANOTHER DIMENSION.

I am teaching this tomorrow 10am, next Friday also 10am. And Mark will be in Manchester 12/13th Sept showing us how it’s done.

These days I don’t get on the mat merely as much as I used to, recently back injury and now a shoulder issue has kept me away but slowly making a return. It feels good but Hopefully we all come to understand that most Yoga happens off the mat.

I am also teaching extra classes this weekend and next week:

Saturday - Dharma NQ 10am
Sunday - Mandala NQ 9.30am
Wednesday - rocket NQ 5.45pm

Next TT -> Rocket 50hr TT x Hybrid retreat for teachers and students alike - set in a luxury venue 45 min from Marrakech 20-27 March 27

A privilege to start another foundation TT tomorrow. These moments before make me reflect on the years since my first one and where I’ve found myself. The memories feel like yesterday and the friendships like lifetimes. Very few chances to experience anything like this after 21

Continued growth something I value a lot, spending 5 days with recently allowed me to remember being a student always comes first, never fill your cup so much that you feel like there isn’t more to experience

MEXICO RETREAT - DEEP DIVE VOL 4 - 10-17th October - MEDICINE MOUNTAIN YOGA RETREAT - 7 days in tepotzlan, my third time at this venue and it’s like they went into my mind and build a venue for me. Every morning practice will be accompanied with music from as well as 2 ceremonies that week and a surprise trip which I haven’t done before.

TRIPSICHORE - 5 days with here in Manchester, open to anyone with an interest in learning and advancing their practice with one of the best out there in my humble opinion - you can either join just the morning or the whole course - 27-31st March

ADJUSTMENTS WEEKEND - 14/15th MARCH - a weekend for teachers to gain confidence, understanding and learn all about hands on assists to take back to their classes.
