Monday 10th March, the things I did for me
•
Between uni, moving into a house, teaching trainings, day to day running of the studios, studying, starting a new business, forward planning for lots of things to come, as well as teaching and injuries. I’ve had a lot of excuses over the past few months.
•
There’s these periods in life when life will just be kicking your arse and you just have to do what you’ve got to do to tread waters. Then when there feels like a break in the wave. Stamp a mark. Get back to routines and things that put a smile back on your face, back to your practices and remembering the reasons you began any endeavours that seem to eat up your time in the first place
•
Todays been that day for me:
1. Finding a local gym - getting back to my own movements and training committing to at least 3 times per week
2. Sat in the sun for breakfast
3. Get out in local nature and walks with the boy
4. Get ahead of the curve and study for uni so I don’t feel overwhelmed & yoga soul admin
5. Play the harmonium
6. Play the guitar
7. In my joint favourite space in Manchester ready to teach but just taking a moment to reflect on everything that has been achieved
