What most coaches are afraid to tell you…

Transformations like this, and the many you see on this page, are not an overnight success.

I speak to so many guys who just want the quick fix.

The 6 week shred or the 3 month gaining phase.

And this is why you look the same year on year.

Maybe you look okay for your holiday after dropping half a stone.

But you’re still dissatisfied with the result and as soon as it’s over you pile it all back on anyway.

Then the next 46 weeks of the year is spent hating the way you look, low on energy and demotivated, waiting to repeat the same process again the next year once you’ve booked a holiday.

So let me make this very clear.

In order to completely transform your body and lifestyle, it’s going to take time.

Time formulating new habits.

Establishing a routine.

Learning how to train and diet.

And those things combined certainly don’t happen in under 6 months.
Stop thinking about the quick fix and start thinking about creating a plan that lasts a lifetime.

This is not validation for those of you who are constantly falling off track and think this is okay.

As I mentioned, this was one day out of 20 weeks of consistency.

If you’re doing this frequently, you will not lose body fat.

Plan ahead if possible, bank your calories and be safe out there (especially if there’s free popcorn and icecream about)

Here are the better options ⬇️

Anything that is high in volume, protein or fibre will keep you satiated and stop you raiding that snack draw.

Here are a list of foods which you should be prepping to take to the office:

Lean meat (chicken breast, prawns, turkey, 5% beef mince)

Carbohydrates with volume/high fibre (oats, potatoes)

The king of volume and fibre (vegetables)

Couple all 3 together and you’ve got yourself an office staple to keep energy and satiation high ✅

Big milestone for this week 🎯

Really impressed by all the work Jac has been able to put in alongside his crazy work load throughout this phase.

Jac is one of the busiest guys I know. And we’re not just talking about time consuming work.

We’re talking a minimum of 7 gym classes a week where he joins in on the fun, 1-2-1 PT sessions AND working on the back end of his business.

But despite this, he’s worked relentlessly with his consistency in the gym and nutrition and hasn’t put a foot wrong throughout the entire diet.

All of which has resulted in him losing 30lbs of body fat and looking his best yet, with more still to come!

But, the work isn’t done yet…

As we reach the end of this phase, this is where the hard work really starts to show.

For months you won’t see much visual difference and that’s fine.

That’s when you’ve got to ‘trust the process’ (cringe saying but true 🤣), make sure you’re ticking the boxes and ensure the scale weight is moving in the right direction.

5 more weeks until the next update where we’ll have an even crazier transformation and showcase all the hard work Jac’s been working towards!

Over the last 5 years, the coaching industry has changed

I bet the majority of you have likely invested in a coach.

And that’s great.

But unfortunately, not every coach has the expertise to genuinely help guys with their fat loss, training, mindset and nutrition.

Under-qualified coaches, reading of chat gpt scripts and promising the world.

And ultimately, that’s left guys paying for a substandard service with no results to show for it.

But I’m here to tell you, we’re not all the same.

There’s still plenty of great coaches who produce great results, deliver an amazing service and build life long relationships with our team.

So don’t lose hope because it didn’t work out once.

Do your due diligence, find a coach who aligns with your values, produces the kind of results that make you go wow and place your trust in the industry again 💪🏻

Just to be clear…

I’m not against people doing this if you actually have the foundations in place first.

But don’t think that taking some magic potion is suddenly going to change your physique if you train like s**t and eat crap.

Stop taking the shortcuts and learn the basics 🫱🏻‍🫲🏼
