No matter how many followers you’ve got, no matter how much better you think you are than other people, you should always treat people how you want to be treated.

Don’t be arrogant, be confident. There is a very fine line between them. Seeing it way to much on this app recently. Your followers on a app on your phone do not define your worth as a person. Don’t get sucked into social media bu****it, people only show you what they want you to see. No one life’s is perfect and every persons journey is completely different to yours. You don’t need to copy anyone else, you don’t need to sit on your phone day in day out to document your life. Just progress quietly, stop telling people what your gonna do and do it! Set yourself goals and smash them for yourself.

STEP BACK when your overwhelmed
LISTEN to your body!

I’m certainly having to listen to my body this week. Started off Monday positive and ended up full of flu by Tuesday night feeling super drained, no energy, no motivation and super fed up 😩 I’m feeling the worst I’ve felt all week, but Instead of sitting here depressed I’ve planned what I’m doing once I’m better and for now listening to my body, taking the rest I need to get my self better & not working myself up to much! This time of year is a bastarddddd as I literally get this flu every single year! but it’s time like these that you’ve got to learn to rest and not quit! 💪🏼

One of the things I’ve noticed since becoming a personal trainer is that people are happy to pay into a PT/online plan. But don’t make time for it thinking that turning up to a 1 hour PT session 1-3 days a week is good enough so they can do what they want the rest of the time.

Thinking that they are going to get amazing results from only working out 2/3 hours a week 🥺 and only sticking to the diet when it suits them and not putting the effort in to get where they actually want to be. 🤷🏼‍♀️

Accountability is the glue that ties COMMITMENT to the RESULT.

If you are one of those people who pay into a PT and diet plan but don’t stick to it then that is your problem.

You need to start taking full accountability for yourself and actions.

No more lying to yourself.
No more half reps.
No more cheating on your diet.

If your not learning and improving yourself by taking responsibility, then your goals will stay fantasies.

Hit my weight target this week! 🚀Finally I have gained 2 stone since starting training 3 years ago 👀 and although I feel much fluffier I can see my body changing yet again! Body building/sculpting is so fu***ng clever! I’d never thought I could have a shape like this considering I used to look like an ironing board 🤣

My abs are fading but I’m looking feeling as strong as I do right now!

If you really want it, you’ll work for it. Nothing in life comes easy or free, there is no better feeling than working hard for something especially when that something is you! You won’t always be motivated or in the mood to do it but taking accountability for yourself is step number 1! If you don’t work for it or sacrifice things you’ll never reach your goals! Stop making excuses on why you can’t and start making moves to get what you want! 🙌🏼✌🏻
