More than prenatal yoga....
Experiences are shared and friendships are formed in these welcoming and relaxing spaces.
The prenatal yoga classes include various breathing techniques, gentle movement and stretches to accommodate the ever-changing body during pregnancy, lots of pregnancy and birthing related chats, tips and giggles! and always ending the class a much-needed relaxation.
No previous yoga experience is needed.
