If you’re constantly busy, on your feet all day or teaching back to back classes/with clients … this is probably familiar.
You get to the end of the day and realise you’ve barely eaten.
Not because you don’t care about your nutrition…
But because your day just gets away from you.
This is where most people go wrong.
They try and follow “ideal” meal plans that don’t actually fit their schedule.
Instead, your nutrition needs to work around your day to prioritise getting enough fuel to support your training/ and general day to day!
That might look like:
- planning meals into your breaks ahead of time
- using shakes or smoothies when you don’t have time to sit down
-choosing lower volume, higher calorie meals when you need something quick
-having easy options ready to go so you’re not relying on chance.
You don’t need perfect meals.
You just need a plan that works when life gets busy.
