Lazola Fitness is a fresh style of working out that gives you a full body workout to different styles of music. The concept of Lazola Fitness is to show people that you can work hard and have fun at the
same time. Lazola Fitness is different to other ways of working out because it pushes the customers to build
confidence through enjoying themselves with original and challenging exercises. It is

not all about serious faces in our classes because Lazola Fitness shows you that you can mix fitness and hint of humour and get results. You will leave each class smiling and worn-out. Lazola Fitness brings together a range of exercise styles such as cardio (skipping, jumping & running),
toning (using resistance bands, battle ropes and body weight training), boxing and circuit to provide
a stimulating and tough work-out. The benefits of Lazola Fitness are:

Most congratulations to Socrates on an amazing achievement. It is great to see him sign for Manchester United. I have known Socrates for many years.
He was certainly one of the youngests once at Lazola. But from the early days he adapted so well to the Lazoal philosophy « positivity » and « express yourself ». While learning and always improving his football skills, he was always developing the mental side of his game.

As I always like to say « this is just the beginning of the beginning. Stay hungry. Stay focused. ».
Socrates has a fantastic attitude always humble but always determined to develop further.

Good finishing session with .gk 🇮🇹 goalkeeper not too bad mate well done some great safe and overall I like your mentality and energy matching Lazola method.
For strikers not bad but you know the story the more you practice the better you become

On the first video from the first handshake, we both understood each others 😅no need for many words. Just a big smile, positivity, and self-expression.
That’s Lazola Method.

He’s an inspiration to many. We’ve trained hard together, and as a coach, seeing him happy and remembering where he came from is priceless.
Every morning, rain or snow, 8 a.m , he was there, working hard, staying positive, and expressing himself. Those two words positivity and expression yourself are at the heart of our philosophy.

But this is just the beginning. The journey to the top is a constant fight with yourself. As a coach, especially when you create something unique through dance and football, people often doubt you. But we’ve already proven them wrong. The best way to show the power of Lazola Method is through our players shaping them not only as athletes but as happy, confident individuals signing contract professional ✍️.

Football, after all, is just a game one to enjoy, even while working hard. Keep pushing, stay focused, and everything will fall into place.

We’ll keep you updated on Laurent Mendy this is just the beginning of his story.

Thank you for the jerseys, and never forget where you come from. That’s where the blessings begin. I’ve seen many players forget their roots when they reach success until challenges remind them to be humble again.

Always be grateful even for the simple fact of breathing again in morning is a number one blessing. Gratitude opens doors. And when you see someone struggling in darkness, never forget to help fully with your heart and then positive things will come by themselves
