MACCL Cross country ran well today for me still work to do. Great team effort for Sale both mens and womens team win for 1st lady Sophie Wood and 1st man Nigel Martin. Well ran. Well done to everyone who took part. Good to be back on the cross country hopefully bit more wood next time and a few hills. A bruised toe nail throbbing like it's been hot with a hammer and also blisters the joys of wearing tight spikes after 3 years 😅

1st MACCL Wythenshaw Park happy with today for where I'm at the minute. Reallt enjoyed being back out there doing the cross country although it wasn't its usually cross country with mud and freezing cold temps but a good start for the 1st match of a long season upto February. Still gkt lots of work to do but a step in the right direction. Great runs from fellow Sale Harriers. Amazing win from Sophie Wood and Hayley, Laura, Rachel and Cara, Sarah Saxton hope I haven't missed anyone if I have my apologies just of memory with looking at result. Had a bad week I'm on antibiotics with tooth abcess and low iron levels.

My planning for tonight's pt session. Forward thinking to test your clients is always required. I'm really enjoying my pt journey.
