A new chapter…

Over the years, many people have known me as an executive coach, leadership adviser or mentor.

Those experiences remain an important part of who I am, but my work has evolved.

Over more than four decades, my career has taken me through executive search, behavioural psychology, leadership advisory, international business and, more recently, the world of family offices and private wealth.

Looking back, I realise there has always been one common thread.

Helping people make better decisions when the stakes are high.

Today, my focus is on providing personal counsel to family offices and their advisers, particularly when decisions involve more than financial or technical expertise alone.

Succession, governance, leadership, family relationships, trust, inheritance and legacy are rarely just commercial issues. They are human challenges with financial, legal and long-term consequences.

My role is to bring independent judgement, perspective and clarity to those conversations.

I’m excited about this next chapter and look forward to sharing more of the journey in the weeks ahead.

Hello everyone!
I am delighted to say that our first ladies retreat for One of Many Women coaches and friends starts on Friday and we have been very busy putting the finishing touches together over the past week since arriving back in my Turkey 2nd home.
Our base for our first 7 day retreat will actually be an ultra all inclusive 5 star adults only hotel in Colakli near Side called The Alba Royal.
But we will move between here and our base at the Sweet Orange Garden which was not quite finished to the level we required for the catering.
As well as private sessions on our retreat days our ladies will enjoy a range of trips and events with lots of time for spa, beach and rest. And be pampered, inspired and revived accordingly!
We hope to keep you updated with some gorgeous photos during or after the event as Jo Blackwell professional photographer follows our movements.

I’m very excited to be launching our new retreat business near Antalya formally in April and my coaching clients will be able to have a VIP guided coaching experience in the sunshine in our new luxury venue!
