Now vs then… (so scared to share this)

From being 95kg at the end of December to becoming 80KG now within 4 months.

How did I do it you ask l… I didn’t calorie count I was just more conscious of what I was eating and how much. Meal prep has become my best friend and I don’t know how I spent my time. In regards to training , I was primarily a weightlifting girlie however things have changed, I am now focused on my hybrid training. I have become more focused on my running but still incorporating weight training as this helps muscles stay strong and helps me recover from my runs.

If your happy with your body stick to what your doing and remember not to compare yourself as what works for one person might not work for another.

Where have I been you may ask …

I have been partaking in hybrid training and I must say personally it’s the best type of training for me! I’ve found a love for it and I feel like it has helped me improve my cardiovascular system and my muscle endurance!

What is hybrid training you may ask?
Hybrid training combines strength / resistance training with cardiovascular training to achieve a comprehensive fitness approach and improving both cardiovascular fitness and strength at the same time! Another benefit I have experienced is weight loss , losing 12kg in around 2/3 months without realising!

Just a part of my quad session which I do once every week to maintain and strengthen my quads!

Hi everyone, as some of you may know I have an instagram page .x.fitness in order to promote my knowledge with in the fitness industry.
I am currently studying so that I can achieve the following; level 2 fitness instructor, level 3 personal trainer , level 3 gp referral , level 4 nutrition and also 12 cheeky cdps!
With these pages I am hoping to gain clients/customer and create brilliant bonds with everyone I encounter and also pass on my knowledge.

So let me introduce myself as Georgia!
Just abit about me:
Over the last couple of years I have been slowly getting into the gym due to past eds and it's something o have grew very passionate about and would love to share my progress over the past year or so (since weight training).
I have been dedicated to the gym at least 5 times a week and done many classes to further my knowledge on form and strength progressive overload.
I have also took into consideration that it was a lifestyle change and I would never go back to my old ways, as they wasn't the best. But over the past 2 months I have ensured that I have a really good diet and ensure to take my supplements (all legal)
This is just my personal journey…
