My 5 simple tips for successful racing this weekend!
With CKO athletes in action at both Bolton and Warsaw 70.3 this weekend, I thought it would be a good time to share a couple of last minute tips to get you through the next couple of days!
At this point, there’s little fitness to be earned but there is a lot of mindset, rest and replenishment to be boosted. Focus on your well being for your optimal result right now.
Racing isn’t about being perfect. It’s about showing up with the fitness you’ve built, the lessons you’ve learned, and the courage to see what happens. Let’s do this!
