*Classes update*

Unfortunately due personal circumstances I am unable to continue coaching the Women's BJJ classes in Manchester.

I would like to thank Gav for giving me the opportunity to coach the Women's classes at Predators BJJ and I'd like to thank everyone that attended too.

I wish everyone a Happy and Prosperous New Year.

I will be running a 4 week Brazilian Jiu-jitsu course.

On this course you will learn the core basics of Brazilian Jiu-jitsu, which is great for people new to Brazilian Jiu-jitsu and for anyone wanting to freshen up on their Jiu-jitsu.

4 week course will be £24.00

There will be one Sunday that I'm unable to teach on, please see below:

10th July - 1st session of course
17th July - 2nd session of course
24th July - 3rd session of course
31st July - No sessions will be on
7th Aug - Last session of course

New to Predators MMA... Women's BJJ open mat.

I will be putting on an open mat after the Women's BJJ class which starts 12th June.

This class will be free to the ladies who currently have membership with Predators, non members will be charged £5.

The open mat will start at 12pm till 1pm.
