YOGA AND BREAKFAST/BRUNCH BITES ❤

Starting 8th August, and bi-weekly from then on, ill be hosting morning Yoga classes at the Allotment Vegan Eatery (M2 5WA). 🙏

Classes will take place 10-11, then afterwards from 11-12, you'll be able to try a selection of delicious vegan+gluten free brunch options! 😋

Hey everyone! So all restrictions on classes have been lifted 😁🥳

Yoga classes at Fairfield golf club (M34 5FA) will continue as always, Mondays, 7pm, £6🙏 Mats available to rent

The classes are usually inside, but if the weather is nice we do it here outside instead ☀️

You're no good to anyone burnt out, tired, frustrated and low. No good at all.

If you properly look after yourself as a priority, you'll then have the energy to do whatever it is in the world you want to do.
