We had lots to celebrate last week at our walkovers workshop! 🤩 A massive well done to our fantastic, hard working gymnasts who worked on improving their backward AND forward walkovers ✨

It was lovely to see the gymnasts supporting each other and being each other’s cheerleaders, great job team! 👏🥳

The summer holidays are NOT over yet, and here at Totem, we’ve been having a blast at our holiday camps over the last few weeks! So get ready with me, Coach Rachel, for a great day at holiday camp 🤩😎🤩😎🤩
It’s our FINAL WEEK of camps, but lucky for you, we still have some spaces available Monday-Thursday this week; join us 8:30 am - 3:30 pm for gymnastics, games, arts and crafts and a fantastic day of flipping 🪩✨

Gymnastics classes at Totem aim to build physical fitness and awareness as well as muscle memory and skills! 💪🧑‍🩰💛🤸‍♂️ We believe that gymnastics is a great sport for any child, at any age, whether at a beginner level or more advanced! ⭐️ There are developmental benefits, no matter the stage your child may be at, and the team at Totem want to help your little ones succeed ✨🤩

This video is our 7+ years challenge!

Practise the exercises as much as you can throughout August and see how much your balance improves! Don’t forget to share your attempts and tag us on social media, we’d love to see you working hard outside of the gym! Parents can join in too… 😉

One of the best ways to learn something, is to PLAY! At Totem we use play and our imagination to help us learn and keep our gymnasts engaged 💛 play is at the heart of everything we do ⭐️

JUMPING, JUMPING INTO THE WEEKEND WITH OUR SKILL OF THE WEEK - back somersaults 🤩😵‍💫🤩😵‍💫🤩
In our intermediate and advanced recreational classes we have introduced the back tuck and we’re so impressed with the bravery of our gymnasts! Keep up the great efforts everyone, we can’t wait to see these somersaults unassisted soon! 🥹😎⭐️

A massive congratulations to the gymnasts who represented Totem Gymnastics Club at the Hannah Whelan 2-piece competition last month. We are so proud of each and every single one of you! 🥳🏆⭐️🥳🏆🥳⭐️🏆🥳⭐️🏆🥳

This carousel shows just a snippet of the success and smiles of the weekend 🤩 Some of these girls had their first EVER competition experience at the Hannah Whelan, and they cant WAIT to do it all over again. 🤸‍♀️✨

Big thanks to Warrington Gymnastics Club for having us at the event, we hope to be back again next time!! 💜⭐️💜
