Great end to the year for a lot of the lads at the gym tonight receiving their medals for passing the Tech/Development Exam.(Guard, Combo’s,footwork drills, defense , Partner work)
The hard work and dedication over the last 6 months as certainly payed off

From next week the Gym reverts back to its normal hours after the coaches holiday break .

Monday /Wednesday - 6pm to 7pm beginners class, age group 8 upwards, sessions cost Β£5 and run for 1 hour! ( parents can watch if needed)

Monday/Wednesday - 7pm to 8pm, Β£5 per session and run for 1 hour minimum! Squad/Adults/experienced boxers welcome!

Fridays - 6pm to 7pm attendees are squad boxers and boxers at the coaches discretion!

Please come in sportswear , sensible footwear, and bring a good attitude.

No spectators allowed in the 7-8 class Monday, Wednesday or Friday 6-7pm sessions.

However parents can accompany young children during the 6-7pm classes Monday and Wednesday! οΏΌ

We look forward to seeing old faces and new coming through our doors, we’re extremely passionate about the benefits of boxing on the young and old and look forward to sharing them with you!
