Hi All,
First off, we really don't want to be doing this as it's downright down embarrassing. But another hefty vet bill within 6 months has kicked the new year off to the worst possible start and feel it's worth asking for some help.
For people that know us, and Ronald. Ronald has had a urinary tract blockage problem that has surfaced 3 times in the last 2 years. Unfortunately, due to it being a pre-existing issue we're unable to have him insured. The third bombshell being yesterday, Thursday 4th January with an estimated cost of around £800/900. The procedure includes his sedation, bladder flushing, catheter fitting/removing, along with his morphine, Anti-spasm, Anti-inflammatory medication and antibiotics for his aftercare.
Safe to say this has hit us at the worst time of the year and are going to struggle to get him fixed up along with making ends meets generally. His bill will completely use up all of our rent payment.
Any small token would be a huge help, and if we were to miraculously surpass the target, any additional money would be donated to Heaton Chapel MediVet.
