Summer holidays have come to an end in Africa. Thank you to each and every one of you who came to see me. I apologise to those I was unable to see particularly friends in Kenya, and I promise Kenya will be first to visit for the next trip. Here I leave you with some of the memories of Uganda and Zambia. The next destination is Manchester, UK!

In 2009 I had surgery on both knees and this was the fifth operation. During rehab I had a few setbacks and as a result I put on weight nearly double of my normal size. Despite this I was determined to lose weight and get back on doing physical activities. When I recovered just within six months I lost the weight and regained my physical appearance and fitness. So this shows with determination, discipline and drive nothing is impossible just make time for it and get it done. Sometimes we give up easily in life when faced with obstacles but you don’t have to stop. If you run into a wall, don’t turn around and give up. If you are struggling and need a little help give me a shout.

We all have we all have preferences and some people in this heat would prefer to be in the pub or somewhere cool but a fitness ju**ie like me I went for a 10k run instead. Monday is coming plan ahead no buts no ifs just do it!

Another session done continuing from where we left over 2 weeks ago. If you remember I posted a video of me coaching my nephew playing tennis at the same time having fun and enjoying the session. Subsequently, seeing the little happy so happy, I am encouraged to continue delivering sessions and therefore decided to recruit a small group of kids between 5-8 years old to join us. If you are interested joining the group DM me for details or you just need further information.
