Master Darryl Moy is one of Grandmaster Michael Tse's most senior students, and Chief Instructor of the international Tse Qigong Centre. He started studying Wing Chun Kung Fu with his Sifu Grandmaster Michael Tse over 20 years ago, going on to also study Chun Yuen Quan, Hard Qigong, Chen Taijiquan and Dayan Qigong. Our legs are our roots, so they need to be strong; however, it is not the muscles, but the bones, that must be strong, and the muscles must actually be soft. When the bones are strong, the muscles will naturally be strong.
