Happy New Year everyone! We will be holding 2 beginner introductory sessions on Wednesdays 22nd January and 19th February. A special introductory price of £5 for each of the 2h sessions.

We are now offering Junan Taisho (body conditioning) classes on Sundays 10:00-10:45 via Zoom. The price is included for members and those attending Wednesday classes, £4 for guests. Pm for details.

Today we trialled an online junan taisho (body conditioning - stretching) class with a few members. I think it works well and I hope to make this a permanent fixture in the future to complement regular classes. Let me know if you're interested to join the next session 👍
