Remembering where I came from and where it all began is one of my favourite things to do.

I remember the times it was so difficult, the times I struggled, the times I had to give myself a talking too when I wanted to give up.

Everything I’ve done in life has gotten me to where I am now, and there’s so much more to come.

I wouldn’t change a thing, every up and down, happened for a reason.

I have absolutely zero regrets.

I can’t wait to see where my journey is going to take me next.

Wherever you are in yours, enjoy it. Take a minute to remember everything you’ve achieved and gone through to get to today.

You’ve done it, you’ve gotten through it and you can do it again.

Sometimes it can feel like the world is out to get you.

Everything’s going wrong that could possibly go wrong. You tell yourself it comes in threes…sound familiar? 😂

Well it definitely does to me! 😅

We let the bad stuff get on top of us and never stop to count the good.

It’s typical of our brains to remember the bad 🧠

When I feel like this, I always stop and count 5 things that I’m grateful for, or 5 things that have happened in the last week that made me smile 🥰

Turn the negatives into positives and always try and pass your joy onto someone else ♥️

Try it for a week and see how much better you feel for it!

The missing ingredient is consistency. ⠀

When you repeatedly do these things, they become a habit whether ‘bad’ or ‘good’. ⠀

Stop waiting for January, or a ‘good time’ to start. ⠀
⠀
The more time and effort you put into yourself and new habits, the easier they become and the closer you come to that version of yourself you envision. 💪🏻 ⠀
