Hi, I would just like to say a huge thank you to everyone who turned up yesterday for the first Tai Chi and Qigong classes at 1 Stevenson Square in the Northern Quarter. It was a brilliant start and it was great to meet such lovely people. I am really excited for the future of the classes. The sessions are always welcome to newcomers, beginners, all ages and fitness levels. There is no need to book, you can turn up to which ever session suits you. Hi, we are excited to announce that Aamir Rafi (taichi.school) and Ivan Moss (heatonmoortaichicentre.com) will be provinding TaiChi + Qigong classes at 1 Stevenson Square M1 1DN every Tuesday starting Tuesday 20th of Feb 2018 (see times below).
The focus of each class is to improve and maintain health and well-being using relaxed flowing movements.
Newcomers, beginners, all ages and fitness levels are always welcome in all classes.
