We’re heading out for a relaxed walk around Woodbank & Vernon Park Circular 👟

⏰ Time: 10:00–10:15am (after the Shape class)

🚶‍♀️ A gentle walk (approx. 1 hour), nothing too challenging

Happy, smiley & over 2 stone down!!! 🤩

came to me wanting to lose weight, alongside that she has gotten stronger, more determined, more confident in herself and is now setting her own little goals around performance rather than weight loss.

Training and nutrition was implemented in to Sara’s busy lifestyle & it has now become part of her day to day life whilst still enjoying nights out and knowing when to rest without feeling “guilty”.

It’s been a pleasure to train you this far, looking forward to setting new goals and helping you achieve them 💪🏻

Client Spotlight - one of my favourite “client transformations”… Chris has been training with me for just over a year now.. in that time she has been amazing to work with, no matter what you throw at her, she does it and she does it well.

From changing her diet/lifestyle, to taking part in runs & races, Chris has seen her fitness and health improve.. all whilst completing about a million burpees and planks along the way 😂
