as well as Ultra run in a few weeks, myself & my best friend, my sister Sheridan Hawes are doing a 60 mile bike ride for The Christie, for my Dad in July. Just did my first session to start training, a steady 26k, we’ve got some miles to put in!

My Dad checked the page every day & he couldn’t get over how many people were willing to help The Christie & it gave him a lot of strength & hope

POSTNATAL 8 WEEK TRANSFORMATION; 8KG DOWN

God, where do I start with Laura, other than how incredibly proud I am. This transformation started as a mamma of 2 wanting to get herself back feeling good in her skin and learning how to make better choices to live a happier, healthier lifestyle.

I am SO passionate about helping women feel healthy, happy, confident, sexy, smart, in LOVE with themselves inside and out with no shame.

Having my daughter unleashed all the above for me. I let go of so much second guessing, self doubt, not feeling good enough. Especially in my appearance.

Why? Because I want to prove to women that they can do it. And because I do not want to be the role model that teaches my daughter that her worth it hung up on other peoples opinions of what she looks like.

I want her to be happy, healthy, kind, smart, funny, tenacious, outgoing, HUNGRY for life. I want her to find her passions and chase them with confidence.

I LOVE being healthy, I love how I feel when I put my health and wellness as a priority. I’ll raise my girl to do the same. The aesthetics is a bonus of all of this, the real transformation is happening below the skin and that’s what’s benefitting me most.

No but seriously, this morning I got up early, left Jord & Everley in bed & got myself on an early morning run.

Why? Because I prioritise my health to benefit myself & my family. Those opportunities are not handed to you, especially when you have a now on the move baba who needs all my time.

It also does actually make me feel like a fabulous bitch 😂🔥

*also let’s not judge, I said opportunity to run, not to clean my gaff this morning 😵‍💫🙃🤣

8 WEEK ONLINE POST NATAL (WITH TWINS) TRANSFORMATION 🤯💥

Something very important to note; Anna did not HAVE time, she MADE time, because she knew she had to do something for HER.

Anna is the definition of a super woman; to achieve this after having her gorgeous twin babies so early, spending a lot of time spent in NICU and being the pillar for her family ever since.

The woman balances so many plates I question if she’s even human? 🐙

Despite everything she never came to me with excuses, she just immersed herself into her programme and trusted me completely.

If you asked me a while back, if I’d have the confidence to wear a dress like this when my just 4 month old daughter was at home…

… I’d have probably said yes because I’m all for body positivity no-matter what. This body DESPITE what anyone thinks from an aestethic point of view, grew and birthed my baby.

BUT; one thing I will say, is that I feel:

- fitter than ever
- more energised
- in a fantastic mental space because I’m succeeding in ticking off goals which gives self satisfaction
- a more alert, functional mum
- the happiest I’ve ever been

And that is the whole point of my transformation. To just feel my BEST self and to prove that anyone can do it…

I will never get over the feeling of receiving feedback from women who have decided (and successfully) put their health and happiness forward as a priority.

This isn’t just a job for me, I genuinely care about these women and getting to watch their confidence, strength and self-love grow is a BLESSING.
