Fantastic day had by the Heaton Park members on their away day at Walton Hall GC. There was some great golf played and plenty of sunshine to help lift the spirits of those whose golf wasn't quite as impressive!

A huge thank you to the staff at Walton Hall GC for their hospitality throughout the day. Special thanks also goes to our Social Secretary, John Hunt, for organising another fantastic event for everyone.

Congratulations to Zac on yet another impressive round of golf and for taking home the Away Day Trophy! 🏆⛳️

What an unbelievable win for Heaton Park away at New Mills in the Manchester and District Golf Alliance City Glass Foursomes!

After falling 3–0 behind following the opening three matches, the team dug deep and showed our typical character, fighting back and winning the final four matches to bring the victory back to the Park. 4-3.

A fantastic fightback and a brilliant team performance. Well done everyone! 🏌️‍♂️⛳️

A big weekend ahead for Heaton Park Golf Club! ⛳🏆

We kick things off on Saturday with the Scratch Cup, where the player with the best gross score will take home the trophy. There’s also a prize for the best nett score, so there’s plenty to play for!

If you haven’t entered yet, make sure you get your name down and book a tee time with the course operator.

Then on Sunday, our Manchester and District Golf Alliance City Glass Foursomes team travel to New Mills Golf Club for their latest match. We wish the team the very best of luck and know you'll all give it your best shot in bringing home the win. ⛳🏌️‍♂️

👏 Well played also to Chris and Tom, who finished in a very close 2nd and 3rd place respectively, with some excellent scoring throughout the round.
