Fenton dropped 10kg, packed on muscle, and bench-pressed 100kg for 4 reps 💥

And he did it across:
✅ 3 holidays
✅ A house move
✅ Uni + work stress
✅ AND while switching gyms every few weeks

Here’s the kicker:
Before we started, Fenton was using AI workout plans.
Zero structure. Zero progression.
Just generic fluff.

His training was all over the place.
