BOBBY’S STAG DOO!
One of the highlights of the year so far. Big congrats B! Roll on the wedding! Great to see so many of the boys in great shape. What was their secret?
5 TOP TIPS TO GET THAT HOLIDAY BOD!
1. Start working on yourself early 12 weeks minimum.
2. Be consistent with your training. Keeping to a structured training plan.
3. Eat clean, the cheats aren’t worth it. If you’re looking to reduce fat or lose weight make sure you’re in a calorie deficit and have the right macros for your lifestyle.
4. Train HARD!! Push yourself to your max and ensure you cover all body parts. Work your core a minimum of 3 times per week. Get a couple sneaky sessions in while away.
5. Enjoy the process and be accountable. The more you can enjoy it then the more likely you are to stay in shape after the event.
Once on holiday! Enjoy yourself and go wild. That’s the reason you’ve worked so hard. Be mindful but live and indulge.
